1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of software products, platforms, and technical systems provided by ClientCoreTech ("CCT"), headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing our software or engaging our operational engineering services, you agree to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
ClientCoreTech retains all ownership, copyright, and trade secret rights to its core software architecture, proprietary extraction pipelines, and platform frameworks. Clients retain full, unencumbered ownership of all engineering drawings, BBS data, transmittal records, and business workflows processed through CCT systems.
3. System Performance & Verification
Where performance benchmarks (e.g., 100% extraction accuracy or sub-60-second processing) are quoted, these represent verified figures achieved on evaluated production workflows (such as EOMS for ALEF Engineering). Production outcomes may vary depending on file resolution, title-block formatting consistency, and external network conditions.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
