We architected a unified full-stack operations platform featuring an automated Multimodal AI Document Control Pipeline. Document Controllers drag-and-drop raw ZIP archives containing 100+ drawings and BBS files. The system automatically extracts, classifies, and leverages Google Gemini Multimodal Vision AI to parse complex blueprint title blocks, scales, and revision histories. An automated spreadsheet engine reconciles Bar Bending Schedules with smart metric ton unit scaling, archives prior revisions, and automatically dispatches authenticated client transmittals via Amazon SES with background IMAP Sent synchronization.
